We are proud to be one of the UK\u2019s leading providers of industrial doors, automatic entrance doors, loading bays, gates, and barriers.<\/p>\n<p>Our products include commercial and industrial roller shutters, sectional overhead doors, hinged doors, high-speed doors, traffic doors, fire shutters, smoke curtains, and various types of automatic gates and barriers.<\/p>\n<p>We are currently looking for a Service Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is based in our Chilton office and plays a key part in supporting the coordination and delivery of service activities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing inbound calls, emails, and customer queries professionally and efficiently.<\/li>\n<li>Communicating clearly with our engineers to ensure clarity, compliance, and operational efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Updating and maintaining scheduling and sales processing systems.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the Regional Business Coordinator (RBC) in achieving team targets and goals.<\/li>\n<li>Providing high-level administrative and customer support.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining and organising office systems, data management, and filing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Ideal Candidate Will Have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A proven track record of reliability and commitment to developing within a role.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail in both written and numerical information.<\/li>\n<li>Friendly, professional communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong customer service focus and a proactive, solution-driven attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Experience planning or coordinating field-based service delivery (desirable).<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).<\/li>\n<li>High levels of flexibility and the ability to manage multiple tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience using SAP Business One, HubSpot, and\/or BigChange JobWatch.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience within the industrial door industry.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with our operational geography and catchment areas.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience with any of the platforms we use (or similar).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What We Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>22 days annual leave (increasing to 27 days over 5 years) Plus statutory bank holidays<\/li>\n<li>Christmas and New Year break<\/li>\n<li>An extra paid day off on your birthday<\/li>\n<li>Early finish on Fridays<\/li>\n<li>Cashback for everyday health appointments through Westfield Health<\/li>\n<li>Discount schemes on groceries and other purchases via Reward Gateway<\/li>\n<li>Employee Assistance Programme with 24-hour support line<\/li>\n<li>24\/7 access to an online GP<\/li>\n<li>Paid wellbeing time off for sickness and bereavement<\/li>\n<li>Workplace pension with employer contributions<\/li>\n<li>Access to a wide range of online training via our Training Portal<\/li>\n<li>Refer a friend scheme (\u00a3500 for successful hires)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is more than just a job, it\u2019s a chance to join a company where your expertise will be valued, your hard work rewarded, and your growth supported.<br \/>\n<strong>Ready to take the next step?
