Where It All Began

As specialists in employment law, we’ve got many years of experience in supporting employers with their HR and employment law requirements. However, we came to the realisation that existing HR consultancies were too procedural, following a set process rather than focusing on the client’s unique requirements.

Of course, every single business is different. Each operates in a different way and has its own unique challenges. A one-size-fits-all approach can never be the right fit for every business, so we knew that something needed to change.

This is when we saw the gap in the market, for a lawyer-led HR service that is entirely objective-based. One that really gets to know the clients and their businesses, so that the service can be tailored to their individual requirements.

It’s from here that Neathouse Partners was born.

We decided to create our own company that would provide employers with a personalised HR service led by experienced employment lawyers. We wanted to put the focus on the individual business and the challenges that they are facing, rather than a one-size-fits-all package with a ticking clock.

Our main focus is ensuring that our clients are fully compliant with UK employment law and HR best practice, whilst tackling their HR challenges head on.
